Refunds & Missed Sessions

Please note there will be no refunds for any training sessions, and no credits will be given for missed sessions. Credit may be given toward future sessions in special circumstances (e.g. with doctor’s note) or at management’s discretion.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling can be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled session without charge. Otherwise, we will apply the rate of the session booked. To cancel or reschedule a session within 24 hours of the session, please call our office or email us.
