How do I make a reservation?

Book a session online through EZFacility, call us directly, or show up in person.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations and rescheduling can be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled session without charge. Otherwise, we will apply the rate of the session booked.

To cancel or reschedule a session within 24 hours of the session, please call our office or email us.

How do you handle refunds and missed sessions? 

Please note there will be no refunds for any training sessions, and no credits will be given for missed sessions. Credit may be given toward future sessions in special circumstances (e.g. with doctor’s note) or at management’s discretion.

Do you offer packages for lessons and classes?

1A Soccer no longer offers packages for lessons and classes.

You now have the option to pick how many classes you would like to purchase at a time, ranging from 1 session to 12 sessions.

How I check-in to a class?

When the player enters the building, they must go to the window and tell the front desk their name. Please check in at least 10 minutes before your session starts.

We have a small warm up area the player can use once they are signed in at the front desk.
