Junior Select Classes (U9 - U14)
Technical Training
Do you have a select soccer player U9 - U14 looking to improve their technique and learn new skills?
This class is designed for advanced players with a desire to improve on skills such as dribbling, 1v1 moves, juggling, shielding, first touch, speed and agility, finishing, and small-sided games.
The players are presented with small challenges to master such as footwork, first touch, and ball striking to help increase their technical speed.
Shooting
Is your player struggling to strike the soccer ball with pace and power?
The 1A Junior Shooting Class begins with the instruction and demonstration of the instep drive on a dead ball.
It then progresses into more challenging shooting scenarios such as shooting off of a dribble, pass, and skill move!
1ASoccer Fitness Class
This class focuses on fitness for all athletes.
Proper technique is crucial for athletes to succeed in their sport and avoid injury.
Coach Evan Lessuk uses a combination of fast footwork, speed ladders, rings, hurdles, cones, parachutes, and core work to improve quickness and speed as well as fitness. Along with helping your body become more flexible, balanced, and used to movements that are required in soccer.
Jr and Sr classes will be held together!!

Goalkeeper

Our goalkeeper coaches will demonstrate for the young goalkeepers how to correctly: catch by getting their hands behind the soccer ball, use the collapse dive, and come off their line to play 1v1.
The goalkeeper coaches at 1A will provide an environment that will help goalkeepers take it to the next level by adding small challenges for the players to master.
